Client: Jalcon Homes – Overlea North Development

Greenmount Interiors recently completed an extensive joinery project for Jalcon Homes at their Overlea North development. Our contribution included bespoke solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, vanities, exterior feature timber battens in Abodo, and interior stair surrounds. Below are the details of the materials and finishes used across different areas.

Kitchen

• Benchtops: 20mm thick Trendstone Cala Royale, known for its durability and elegant appearance.
• Main Kitchen Panels: Melteca ‘Planked Urban Oak’ Puregrain, offering a modern, textured wood finish.
• Rangehood Surround: 18mm MDF painted in Resene Quarter Rice Cake, providing a clean, neutral tone.
• Triangular Island Battens: High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) in Planked Urban Oak, matching the main panels for a cohesive look.
• Hinges and Drawers: Hettich soft close hinges and Hettich Atira drawers ensure smooth and silent operation.
• Cabinetry Handles: Archant Siena Brushed Anthracite 256mm handles, adding a sleek, contemporary touch.

Bathroom

• Benchtops: Consistent with the kitchen, we used 20mm thick Trendstone Cala Royale for a seamless look.
• Cabinet Panels: Melteca ‘Planked Urban Oak’ Puregrain finish, maintaining the warm, inviting aesthetic.
