To service customers requirements Greenmount Manufacturing continues to invest in specialised equipment and new technology. The following machinery operates from a 56,000sqft factory:

• Two beam saws for panel cutting
• Two edgebanners
• Four CNC machining centres for routing and drilling
• Pressing equipment
• Painting stations
• Steel working
• Traditional joinery equipment
• Five-axis CNC machining centre

The five-axis CNC machining centre enables the company to undertake three-dimensional machining work . Utilising a machine bed 4500mm long, 1800mm wide and 1000mm high, polystyrene, foam or MDF is machined into various forms or moulds primarily for marine and fiberglass industries. A shape generated from Greenmount's own CAD software, supplied by a client, or scanned from an existing product is sent to the machine which routs out the required item.
