Precision handwork was required to make this master bed look spectacular. Over 100 different veneer inlays were carefully cut out and layed up to cover the outside of the bed. From this stage the bed was taken to Sensation Yachts to be polished and installed. The bar unit was also very intricate with the mixture of solid wood and veneer which had to be a perfect fit together.

| Using Greenmount Manufacturing’s unique 5-axis machining centre polystyrene moulds for the Earthrace boats spars were shaped. Due to the enormous scale of the moulds they were broken down into 20 parts, some standing as tall as 3 metres high.

This company is responsible for supplying campervans for Maui, Britz, United and Horizon. All cabinetry and flooring is manufactured and delivered by GML to Munro’s down in Otorohanga where they are installed into empty campervan shells. In the past 2 years over 200 campervans have been fitted out. |

A former client of Greenmount Manufacturing, now retired, Chris imported a bus from China which he stripped out and refitted in the Greenmount Manufacturing factory. Chris plus one cabinet maker and all the Greenmount Manufacturing machinery produced the cabinetry inside the bus. |
