Alphacam is a 3D CAM system for use with 5-axis Routers and Mills. This allows GML to fully use the machining capabilities of our 5-axis router to machine complex 3D moulds out of a variety of different materials. Alphacam also has advanced board nesting facilities for boring and cutting out boards to allow highly efficient cutting of smaller runs of cabinetry parts.
Delcam Power Mill
Power Mill is the latest in 5-axis machining software. It provides greater flexibility in 3D machining, and is continually updated to keep abreast of new techniques and technological advances. This new software has improved our speed in programming jobs and improves the speed in which the part is cut on the machine.
